Spherical roller bearings allow the transmission of high radial loads the axial load acting in both directions. Most are available in either double-row – have a large number arranged in two rows of barrels, a common spherical raceway on the outer ring and two inner ring raceways (at an angle to the axis of the bearing). Spherical treadmill makes bearings of this type are self-aligning and resist misalignment of the shaft relative to the housing or flexing. They can be produced also available single row, with a cylindrical or conical and in the version with contact seals on both sides of the bearing.
