Order parts - start cooperation

The administrator of the personal data provided by you in the order form is "P.H.U.P PRO-TECH" with its registered office in Toruń (87-100), ul. Kozacka 16/11, NIP 8791059464. The data will be processed pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 lit. b RODO in order to perform the contract and pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 lit. c RODO to issue an invoice and include the invoice in the administrator's accounting records. The data will be processed until the expiry of the limitation of claims under the concluded contract, and the invoices issued as part of the accounting documentation for the period required by law. You will have the right to request the administrator to access your personal data and to rectify, delete or limit the processing or the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer data - on the terms set out in Article. 16 - 21 RHODES. If you decide that your data is being processed contrary to the law, you will be able to file a complaint with the supervisory authority. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to place an order.
