Magnetic sensors allow non-contact detection of objects equipped with a permanent magnet. Compared to the inductive sensors, they have a much larger zone of operation when the same or smaller size. They are characterized by long life, accuracy and resistance to vibration and pollution. Magnetic sensors are used primarily for reading the position of the piston in the cylinder pneumatic and hydraulic.
